Ilanji is a small Australian software company. Each of our products is different. The thinking behind them stays the same.
What guides our work
People decide.
We believe the person, and the people who support them, should stay in charge. Technology can ask good questions and show what's there. The choices belong to people.
What's hard, not who you are.
We'd rather understand what's hard and what helps than put a label on someone.
Small steps.
Most things feel easier in small steps. We think steady progress matters more than big plans.
Calm over attention.
We don't think good technology should compete for your attention. It should help, then get out of the way.
Simple for everyone.
What makes something easier for one person usually makes it easier for everyone. So we start with the people technology tends to leave out.
Honest about limits.
Technology can help with some things and not others. We'd rather say plainly what something is for, and what it isn't.
