What we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your name and email address. When you use an Ilanji product, we collect information about your usage to make the product work and improve it. We do not collect sensitive health information.

We do not collect diagnostic information. We do not build profiles of your health conditions. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers.
How we use your data
Your email is used to send you updates you've asked for — nothing else. Usage data helps us improve our products. We use Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregate traffic analysis. Analytics data is anonymised and does not identify individual users.
Third-party services
We use Kit (ConvertKit) for email, Vercel for hosting, and Cloudinary for media. Each of these services processes data according to their own privacy policies. We choose services that take privacy seriously.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you. You can ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send. For any privacy request, contact us at privacy@ilanji.com.
Data storage
Ilanji is based in Australia and our data is primarily stored and processed in Australia. Some third-party services may store data in other regions. We ensure any third parties we use maintain adequate data protection standards.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will let you know by email and update the date at the bottom of this page. We will not make changes that disadvantage you without giving you a chance to opt out.
